• One hour lessons are available in person or virtually. Let's figure out what your favorite drummer was thinking when they laid down that iconic part. I promise to be just as invested in your success as you are.

• Hire me to write, record, or both. I can lay live drum tracks in my studio or yours using sampled or acoustic drums. I play Tama Starclassic, Yamaha Stage Custom, and Gretsch Catalina Maple drums with a wide cymbal selection, or a Roland TD-50KV2.

I've been a music educator for 12 years, and a performing musician for over 25 years. I have had many mentors during my lifelong fascination with music. I'm an alumnus of The Musicians Institute where I studied contemporary studio drumming. I also attended Indiana University to study classical percussion, and Portland State University to study jazz and composition. In addition to performing with big bands and symphonic ensembles, I have founded, joined or sat-in with many solid rock and metal bands. I perform live and in-studio regularly. I love and know many, many kinds of music with a particular affinity for anything heavy.​ I currently reside in West Michigan.
